Headaches yesterday (last couple of days) not really responding to usual measures. Seemed like it traced back to a lack of support from the sub-scapulars, so I lifted weights to activate the whole reigion, did some stretches, and about 90% of it let go. Still something wrong with that section of my spine, but still a win.
The problem with being sick is mostly the crap that happens to my body if I can't work out enough. My sleep schedule is increasingly weird -- I crash hard in the afternoon, but last night I had trouble getting to sleep. It's easy to forget how much the training schedule regulates sleep for me.
Wushu starts tonight. I'm not really up for it, but I'll go anyway. I'll sleep after that if nothing else.
