I'm up to the full range of exercises again, though not up to the weights I was using before I hurt my shoulder. Added in the nasty rotator cuff exercises -- and my shoulder feels better, not worse, afterwards. I've got to get back on the 3 times a week schedule, now -- I just feel so much better when I do.
