Class yseterday was really sore. Less of that all over tired and dizzy, just generally really sore in my neckand shoulders, right arm, right ankle, and all around my SI joint (and my extension my left leg, because the twist in my pelvis is making my left hamstring feel really short.)
So today I went in to see my PT, and mentioned that my shoulder is now doing some new and different stuff, so she poked around at it, and decided I have a partial muscle tear. Which she had been pretty sure I didn't have before the accident, but maybe she missed it, or maybe it's new or worse. Good session, even so, though the last bit was the fun bit of trying to find exercises that were not going to further irritate my shoulder, or my SI join, and yet weren't too easy.
Next I get to go and see my chiropractor and, oh rapture, oh bliss, actually get worked on. (Because my X-rays should finally be in. Unless I have fractured vertebrae, but I'm pretty sure I don't.) Which should either leave me feeling much better, or climbing into a bathtub of ice. Come to think of it, those aren't exclusive.
But dammit, I'm going to bagua anyway.
