My weekend...
Oct. 6th, 2002 11:46 pmIt's been a good weekend, in a quiet sort of way. Being pretty hard nosed about exercising every day, which seems to be getting me out of a slightly sore neck. (Though I should do more forms and less reading on the stationary cycle -- though it amazes me how much panting and sweating up a storm still feels like curling up with a book if I have, say, the New Yorker food issue on hand...) Hit the the market on Saturday, and ran into
krow and
jadine which made for a pleasant surprise. Had Craig's neices and one of their boyfriends over for dinner Saturday night, which turned into two of us going on about living in Turkey while everyone else's eyes glazed over...
More working out and errands and cooking (with an icebag tied to my head) today, and I've gotten at least the intro to the next Widdershins article...
I wonder if I can pursue a degree in history of food? (Okay, I wonder if I can do it in the way I'd like to.)
