I'm thinking of April 12th as a possible date for the first hike of the season, with the possibility of bumping it if the weather is too awful. (To the 19th against Norwescon? To the 26th against OLOTEAS Beltane? Sheesh...! Actually, it wouldn't be hard to have it not conflict overmuch with Beltane.)
Thoughts? If these dates work for people I'll pick a destination and send mail to the mailing lists. (Which is to say if you have thoughts, yay, nay, or something else, for heavens sake tell me!)
