One mushroom article done (well, the most recent rendition of done). But I forgot to wash my uniform shirt... I can be a bubblehead.

Bagua went pretty well. I still sat out the jumping (the touchy bit in my SI joint was getting irritated), but there's a big difference between taking care of one little bit, and feeling generally awful and run down. Ankle flexibility is back to being a problem, but we can work on that next.

It's kind of amazing, really, how many of the areas I already had problems with got munged in this accident...
