Tired, but mostly in a good way. Thanksgiving went really well. Y'know what I'm thankful for? I'm thankful that people show up and get involved and it quickly stops being my show and becomes everyone's show. (And I can sit down!) Still a lot to work on there -- can't seem to get past the fluttering in and out of the kitchen get the first couple of courses out, and if Mom wasn't willing to go play with carving the turkey and Craig wasn't running around collecting loose threads, I don't know what would have happened. But once the ball gets rolling... things move, things happen, I head into the kitchen to find all the dinner dishes clean in the washer, and pie happens, and people are doing things in other parts of the house that I know nothing about and it's all good.

Was a bit on the low energy side, but in a nice way, I thought.

Stayed up way late. And then got up after four hours of sleep (no insomnia this time, just circumstance). But that's okay, too. It's not bad having sleepy mellow day after yesterday. [livejournal.com profile] caeled came over to practice Taiji, which was a very good thing, too. Though I am learning that I can be a menace. I don't, mostly, get tired when I'm doing Taiji, especially very internally focused taiji. It makes me happy and centered and I can just go on for hours... Which is great for me, but probably not so great for the people around me.

A little worried about my upper back. Not quite sure what's going on there. Might work out with a good rubbing, but maybe not. Same thing as before.
