I hate the university administration.

Apparently, I could have applied as a non-matriculated student for this summer, and then come back as a returning student this fall. Which would have been perfect.

However, since they tricked me into applying as a returning student this summer, I can't now go back and re-apply as a non-matric student, so now I'm under all the stupid rules.

Oh well. At least I finally found someone useful in advising. And I kind of like her advice of holding a sit down strike in the EAL office until they give me clear information regarding a graduation plan.

Mmm.... It's kind of amazing how much more I enjoy class when I'm caught up on sleep, not horribly stressed, and not run down and achey. I felt really lame for taking it as easy as I did the last couple of days, but I guess it was the right thing to do ;-)

I mean, I'm not evening talking about being in great shape -- I let my doctor talk me out of having my toe butchered, so it's still in pretty bad shape (let's just say I wasn't doing slap kicks on that side) and my right hip/SI joint was still being weird... but I could mostly move, and I was alert, and oh, that felt good.
