Have you see things that looked impossible come into reach? What about the reverse?
What about times when you knew exactly what the goal was, but didn't know how to navigate between here and there? What have you done?
How has this changed how you looked at the world, and how has it changed how you dealt with the people around you?
(One things I've noticed a lot in the general case (there was an interesting bit on the readio recently about rural families and the people who left them for higher education) is that if everyone around you accepts that foo is out of reach for such as you... and then you go do foo, you are pretty much by definition putting yourself somewhat outside of the group -- even if they're happy about you doing foo and respect you for it.)
