On the plane. Many aren't, including the guy from Pullman I was going the share a cab with but never did find last night. But then he might be on another flight afterall -- never did confirm that it was the same one, and there was another early NW flight.

I like Madison. I like the program. I am way short on sleep. Whee.

(Clearly a lot of people didn't make it through check-in. Lots of empty seats, and a lot of angry people in the line behind me. But hey, right now I have a row to myself.)

Oh. And it's snowing.

So there I am, in the airport explaining initiative 957 to the woman sitting next to me. It was being covered by CNN, and made a good teachable moment. And then half way through my explanation (people are oddly suggestible -- I highly doubt she eupports gay marriage, and she certainly doesn't think procreation should be mandatory, but she nodded along in an agfeeable fashion as I earnestly explained "--because that just wouldn't be fair!") OMG, there's Greg Gadow. Whacky.
