In the meantime, though, a note about chocolate. Yesterday I finally got around to trying the Pralus Sao Tome bar I'd picked up from the PCC some time ago. Now, look. I mostly eat really good chocolate. I have several brands that I'm kind of fond of. (Theo of course gets special mention because the factory is so close and they do some entertaining things.) But the pralus bar was really something special. OMG tastey. Fruity bright flavors and dark smooth rich chocolate liquor flavors. It's rare that a bar really blows me away, but this one did.
