Felt better yesterday evening. I'm really glad I'm teaching a beginning class again -- I tend to push myself when I'm training on my own, but there's a lot to be said for going over the basics in a slow and relaxed fashion. Decided not to set the alarm for this morning... and slept a lot longer than I'd intended, though doubtless I needed it. Did math, trained (missed electrophys journal club because of my late start) put in some solid time in the lab, and then got pretty tired this afternoon. Not as tired as sometimes, but the sort of tired that made everything look pretty bleak. Home now.
