May. 31st, 2008 12:48 pmBTW, didn't change over my LJ forwarding until just now (can't type, apparently), so I might have missed some things...
Physical state: still pretty up and down. Lost five days starting last Thursday. Then things got better. Then I overdid it yesterday while under some deadline pressure, and that was awful. Though... I did good work before it got awful. Comforting, that.
Mental state: see above. A bit better than that, really. Getting some useful self insight (though most of it is pretty obvious). Trying to work on the "my best is my best at whatever moment it happens to be" bit. That's really hard for me.
OTOH... farmer's market to day, which is always fun. Got to spar with capoeira-kid, which was great. (Even after straining a muscle in my hand sparring with K "hey, we have matching bruises - that's so cute!" this morning.) And got a bit of a seated massage, which was also nice. And fresh tomatoes and greens and sauerkraut pierogis.
Feel like curling up and napping until my registration shift this afternoon. (I should have gotten enough sleep last night... but I was also awake for couple of hours because my spine hurt. Though I tried to sleep in.) Have other things I ought to do. Haven't figured out my priorities yet...
