(no subject)

I really love these pants. They are tough on the outside, and slippery on the inside, but they don't get sticky when I sweat, and what looks like vaguely cute detailing is in fact a secret bit of extra fabric around the knee so they move even more freely. I want dress pants made out of this fabric. (These are technically rock climbing pants.) When I got them, being fairly low rise, they were borderline "can't wear these without a belt". Now I really need a belt. But that's okay. However, they're only about half way between my knees and ankles. I think I will want longer pants in winter. Why, dear god, is there not an REI in Cleveland? *Maybe* I will try ordering pants from the same company online... but I hate buying pants without trying them on.

(In other news, last I checked my weight was holding steady, but I had to tighten the hip belt on my backpack a few inches to get it to sit right. WTF, body?)
