I keep trying to find a decent lotion. Natural ingredients, no milk (or anything else I'm allergic to - which is part of why I lean towards natural ingredients, as I tend to be more randomly allergic to other products), not too greasy feeling, not particularly fragrant. I had been using Burt's Bees nourishing carrot lotion... which was pretty decent except for being smelly. (And carrot and vanilla aren't a bad way to go. Buy why do they smell so much?)
So when I saw this lotion I sniffed it, checked the ingredients for milk, and brought it home. However, on closer inspection it turns out to be very smelly (there was a seal on the tube preventing me from realizing how much so) and full of ground mica. And indeed, putting it on I am now a ...glittery vampire. Ugh.
And I don't think my skin likes it either. In fact, my skin feels slightly sanded.
