Apr. 1st, 2010 10:37 amSo I bought a bunch of cocoa and a bunch of chocolate from my favorite chocolate company, grenada chocolate.

Chocosphere doesn't have the new 82% bars in stock, but they did have a sale on the 71% bars, and I've been wanting to stock up on some bribe chocolate. (I've found that 70% is appreciated by about the widest possible audience, though I personally rarely eat chocolate less than 80%.)
Anyhow, last night, I made a smoothie with some of the cocoa, and wild frozen blueberries.
Best smoothie ever. I mean, technically kind of a waste of excellent cocoa to mix it with anything... but the combination was really stunning. Gods I love their chocolate.
However, I'm wondering if in fact it is a delightful combination of chocolate and amphetamines... well, no, I'm reasonably relaxed... Night before last, I'd gone through a fairly intense workout with something out in my spine, so everything hurt and I slept poorly. Yesterday I was sleepy most of the day, though matcha got me through. Last night I rested, but did not sleep. Right now I don't feel sleepy at all. At all.
Hands seem steady, though, which is good, because I want to get at least two surgeries in today...
