Nov. 23rd, 2010 10:31 amWell, I continue to be doing better without being 100% well. Had a good practice this morning (and yoga, and sparring). Feeling a bit wilted right now, but not dreadfully so - I think I might have some more tea to see if that will perk me up a bit. Other than pounding out the rest of a solid draft of my revision, my big goal for the day is to make it to yoga - I've missed the last two weeks, after missing three and a half classes a couple of weeks before that... been a rocky semester when it comes to stamina. I really hope this clears up before I head back to Seattle to train. Or before Sesshin for that matter.
Seriously on the upside, my Ayyaware tabi, which were in Hong Kong yesterday were in Cincinnati this morning, and are in Cleveland marked out for delivery now. Oh I hope this works, and they fit, and all that. Waterproof shoes would be a great thing. Waterproof shoes. Warm toe socks. And for the winter, tabi rather than fivefingers are likely to be much warmer...
