tylikWhen the school finally buys a building, I will donate a freezer. Ice is really important.
(Luckily I have an ice pack in my bag and Craig's office has ice.)
I need to keep in mind that until I get used to the new schedule I need to be a little more careful. I can even do the plyometric sit ups, just on top of too many other hard on the neck things...
