Well, I started lifting weights again on Sunday, and it's now Tuesday and I feel much, much better. This is kind of weird.

I'd say, "I wish my body came with an instruction manual"... but I'm starting to think I do a decent job of figuring these things out, I just need to write them down -- kind of a general trouble-shooter's guide. "If shoulder hurts, turn to page twenty-seven..." There's so many things to keep track of! I don't think this is the body I signed up for, I'm pretty certain I asked for the pared down no frills efficiency model.

Tracey did a bit better in wushu today. We'll see how things go...
