tylikIt's the equinox, and spring has filled the air. It's been almost weirdly warm today, even though the sun has faded to clouds -- I think it got up to around seventy.
Small Taiji class today, but in a nice, focused restful sort of way. Spent a lot of time on walking reelings and learning the new move (which is a kind of complicated little double strike and turn)... so if all goes well, next week, the first kick...!
Feel very grounded, but kind of oddly drained. No real mystery there, but still kind of an odd place to be. Might try to get a nap. Really hoping that giving blood tomorrow doesn't knock me for a loop. The garden really needs my attention. The peppercress is as thick as a lawn, almost.
Thinking a lot about "what next" for me wrt teaching... Lots of variables. I'm really noticing how much I like working with people one on one, or in small groups. Very aware of how in many ways, what I'm doing now with the free class is giving me a degree of freedom that I might never see again, if I go to a more standard model.
