May. 6th, 2004 09:15 amOoo. Well, the good news is that after yesterday's workout, as intense as it was, I don't feel horribly sore. Sore, yes, in a number of places, but the kind of sore I'm pretty sure I can work through today without much trouble. (No Iron Buffaloes. Though I should do a few today, just not the full sets we were doing in class.)
However, whether it was the length and intensity, or just some of the new ab things (we did this great variant on the two man plyometric leg lifts that really got into my lower back) I'm looking at hormone fluctuations again. Completely jittery last night -- so much for the "boy, I'm going to sleep well after this!" theory. Weird stuff with my stomach, too. While this is kind of a good thing, in that it probably means I'm working through some of the wretched abdominal fat... it's going to suck if it messes any more with my breasts.
