Sep. 16th, 2004 01:01 amA really good class. Things are definately healing up -- my hips are still tending to be a bit tight, but I trust that will resolve over time. (Getting a lot of corrections on knee position stuff that's effected by that.)
I'm standing up front more, mostly to stay away from the windows, as with the cooler weather my injured muscles tend to knot too easily in the cold. This seems to be working, and has the side benefits a) I have to work on my memorization more, since I can't follow people as effectively and b) I'm right under Shifu's eye and get even more corrections. This is good.
