I'm kind of thinking of getting somewhat more hard core about whole grains. There are a lot of advantages, the only disadvantages that are particularly relevant are time related. (Though I'll have to think hard about how I want to handle the bread question. I could start doing more sprouted grain breads, I guess... And of course, sushi rice -- in its proper context -- like sushi, is a vegetable.)
I'm not sure that it really makes sense as long as I'm staying as active as I should be. Cutting out refined sugars, yes. (Unless I go back to five hours stretches of training.)
