tylikOkay, so I'm almost completely off caffiene, but occaisionally I do use it in emergencies. I am about to do so.
Feh. I can't say I was dreaming of embedded parentheses (despite the fit of hysteria over dinner) -- no, I kept waking up and thinking of the embedded parentheses. Or at least their contents. This is really one of the most painful environments I've ever had to deal with. (It's not the parentheses, it's the complete lack of comprehensible error messesages.) I mean, I've been thinking fondly and nostalgically about using fortran and vi. I'm not even really getting to enjoy the methods of inference the stupid thing uses, which would normally be a source of entertainment.
OTOH, I didn't have to give in and dumb down my object model and give up on my data integrity protectin, go me. And I solved the stupid recursion problem. And if I can just figure out why I can't write one value to one slot, I should be pretty much done with the guts of it.
