The Sunday LJ cooking challenge

silenceleigh, we now have a place to store our liquor. Which has been competing for space with various cook stuff on the top shelf of the pantry.
It turns out that we have a lot of fancy booze. This might in fact be in part becaue we really don't drink much. (Though there are always the house favorites. We are on our *second* bottle of chambord -- in eleven years.)
It also turns out we have some cooking odds and ends I hadn't noticed for a while. Like all kinds of fancy flavored vinegars. (I have to put in salad greens...) Including some chili garlic vigegar I made a couple of years ago that will about blow your head off.
And orange, rose and cinnamon syrups.
I'd really like some recipe suggestions for these...
