Which has me thinking more about how last quarter, while survivable, really didn't quite work for me. I hope next quarter goes better, though I'm not sure I'm making enough changes to ensure that it will. If I can just not get sick...
Speaking of which, I was back in class today. The Sunday sessions are pretty mellow, but I got there in time for push hands, which was nice, and then we stayed late in Chen. Tiny group today, but that's was about right. My lungs are calming down -- the increased dose of inhaled steroids is doing the trick, so I shouldn't have to to resort to worse measures. The bug is gone, my lungs are starting to let up with the hysteria. I still got oddly shakey during class, but I don't think it was a bad sort of shakey, though. More like something I had to work through. I need to remember that even if I'm not up to forms, standing meditation is a very good thing to do.
Last night the wind was fierce enough that my windchimes jangled loudly. I never quite decided that they annoyed me enough to get up, go outside, and take them down. I love these windchimes. I love the wind, too. Fierce, dark edged weather after all the sun we've been getting, though.
