How can a sagacious man's concern for the people be like this, and yet he still (has time) to plow at leisure.
Yao didn't get Shun for to have him worry about his own concerns. Shun didn't get Yu and Gao Yao for the have them worry about his own concerns.
In all cases of those who take of the not easiness of 100 acres, for to worry about his own (their lord's) concerns, these are farmers. As for distributing resources among the people, we refer to this as benevolence. As for teaching people about goodness, we refer to this as loyalty. As for obtaining people for the whole of the sub-celestial realm, we refer to this as humane behavior.
