tylikDarn. I don't think I realized how much that pinched nerve hurt until it stopped. Oh, please, stay stopped...
Best classes I've had in a while. Not in top form -- some muscles are still really tight, and some others are pretty weak, and I did wear out before the end of class... but that was fifteen minutes before the end of class. I could have pushed through, but I was afraid I'd piss something off, and that would suck just when we're all getting also so well.
And I feel so much better about life. And I bet I'm going to sleep tonight too.
