body log and various
Nov. 15th, 2005 07:00 pmAfter having my back worked on yesterday, my left arm was going numb by the time I got home. (This is slightly unusual, usually it's my right arm.) So back across the lake again for me today.
While my back is still pretty shakey, I am getting fewer headaches, and most of those I am getting have been less intense. Not spending enough time in the lab... but then, a lot of my work is stalled for other reasons, so the timing isn't that bad, really. It goes.
Got home today, lifted weights (which helps a lot if my back alignment is okay to begin with). Stretched. Resented the time I was spending on spine maintenance that I could be using to study. It's not really the time, it's the fatigue, but it kind of amounts to the same thing. Still felt pretty generally sore and achey, so I did some standing meditation, and then went outside and did forms for a while. Which helped. I think I need to make a point of doing the competition Chen form every day for a bit, especially if we're going to start working on it on Sundays...
Okay. Need to study more. Though curling up in bed sounds tempting too. Perhaps they are not exclusive...
