Saturday: Felt crappy. Broke down and saw the chiropractor. Felt much better. Resume geeking.
Sunday: Taiji. Errands. Swimming.
Monday: Not too bad. Headrub made the headache go away. (Because it was a residual muscle headache, but still.) Good Taiji class.
Tuesday: Mt. Rainier. Absolutely stunningly gorgeous. Water. Wildflowers. Yay.
Wednesday: Too little sleep. Problems with scalenes at Taiji.
Thursday: Back to the chiropractor. Generally this helped, but everything is a little sore after a long day.
