(Okay, nothing here is in reference to the cheese wars, but I first started reading up on her when I was involved in the illegal cheese cabal.)
I know I've told a few stories about the nun turned cheesemaker turned microbiologist mentioned here. She's speaking at the Seattle Cheese Festival. (There is also a documentary about her that I suppose I need to see, now.)
