Luckily, I didn't do that*. And gingerbread was exactly what I wanted, and I ate a quarter of a pan hot and goopy out of the oven. [Okay, it must have been more like 3/8s of a pan, because K just ate about as much as I did, and now there's a quarter or less of a pan left.] Ooh but I love that gingerbread.
* Or even come close. But they're in similar bottles, so I picked one up, thought "oops, granules, not powder" and then had a horrible sense of what that would have tasted like.
