tylikI just spent an hour finding my poling place (which was weirdly in little italy rather than cleveland heights) trying to find my name in the book, showing everyone my board of election card, my ID, my checkbook (with current address) etc. etc.
And still haven't voted, because the card sent to me by the board of elections was wrong. (Which I'll admit I wondered at, as it was not the same as Kendrick's. But hey, it's a gorgeous Autumn day, and I got to spend a bunch of time wandering around outside.)
I have an appointment to get to, and then I try again. As long as I can it is all done by early afternoon I'm hoping to avoid the crazy.
