At least for the moment.
Yesterday, I had a perfectly delightful afternoon... and then succumbed to a wretched headache that followed me until about 15 minutes into Sword class today. (For anyone who cares, it's the sub-occipitals acting up, which is kind of interesting -- they've been fairly quiescent for a while, with the scalines being the big culprits. The nice thing is that the sub occipitals, while giving worse headaches, don't freak out when I'm holding a sword. Anyhow, I'm pretty sure that Monday's weights + wushu + bagua was a little much on top of the amount of time I've been on the computer.) So if I haven't been responding to email... that's why. I wasn't even reliably remembering to eat.
But the marvels of tai chi have banished the headache (or at least made it go stand in the corner) for the moment. And class was a lot of fun today.
