I really don't feel like going to wushu tonight. My lungs are doing pretty well -- but I'm still coughing. I overdid it on my hip a bit last night with bagua -- not a big deal, again, but enough to remind me that I need to be careful. I want to start some soup, listen to NPR a bit, stretch, curl up with kitties, and write.

But instead I'm going to go to wushu.
