So I was tired when I woke up this morning, but I thought "oh, perhaps I didn't get enough sleep, maybe a massage will make me feel better".
Then I was so very tired when I got home that I called my CPA and told him I had the flu, and asked if he'd prefer not to be exposed to it. (Which was his preference.) And I was still hoping that I could take a nap, and feel up to going to bagua. So I ditzed around online a bit, and then took a nap for the next three hours or so. (Remember, usually I can't sleep during the day unless I'm deathly ill.)
Meanwhile, Craig, who was also feeling icky came home. And we're both still hoping we'll make it to class. At some point, I gotta say this is really stupid. It's my birthday and I just want to go to bagua. I bet she's going to teach us new moves today, too... And other than being achey and excessively tired, and being oversensitive to cold, I don't really feel *sick*. (That sounds stupid even to me.)
I need to get serious about weights again. I slacked off while my shoulder was toasty, but my arms are actually looking pretty good -- I probably have to regain a lot of ground, but I bet I'm at a point where I'd make a lot of visual difference quickly. (Not that I'm lifting weights in order to have more muscle definition, but I *should* be lifting weights -- mostly to strengthen my back so my breasts don't damage it :>P -- and taking advantage of the current bit won't hurt me.)
