So after my whiny LJ post, I drank a liter of water, took a hot bath, and hauled my ass into bagua. And I'm glad -- think it did a bit to sweat the rest of it out of my system, even if I tended to get a bit dizzy...

Still not king. But thirty doesn't suck.
