And, of course, after a round of stretches my thigh bone popped itself back into the right place in my hip socket. I should have done more stretching before class... but then, before our class is the kids' wushu, and the move that does the most to put my hips and SI joint to rights looks like a particularly explicit bump and grind. (And of course it was that easy to get back into place after class, which isn't to say it would have been before class.)
