Made it through sword (though mostly without the sword). Did chen warmups, skipped silk reeling, finsihed up the 18 form, and then sat out the 56 and push hands. Lame, but substantially better than last week.

And if I hadn't spent so much time planting (I think it was the beets that really did it) I would have been better yet, I think.

Wushu still aggravates my shoulder less than anything... but then, it might just be that I have sword right before Chen, and the day before bagua. Even when I'm not using the sword, I extend a lot through the shoulder of my sword arm.
