Feh.
Ramping down the dose on the anti-inflamatories seemed promising, but proved to be something of a failure. Woke up with things tight, a little sore, but not bad -- and honestly, if I'm going to be doing things, I'd prefer to be able to tell what's fragile ;-) But it mostly slid from there, despite ramping up the dose again. Hopefully taking a full dose tonight and then sleeping on it will get things mellow again.
But I didn't nap (well, not very much -- I dosed off for maybe twenty minutes while icing my neck this evening). And I watched wushu, if I didn't participate (it was essentially a double class, with something like 25 people in it -- a wonder to behold. Dammit, I'm becoming convinced that when we buy a building it will need a full sized gym) And I watered the garden and went to compline with the biomassians... which was very fine, even though it still leaves me rather short on accomplishments for the day. Lots of ice.
Am in and out of a vaguely angsty mood. Wondering if I could stand to get a degree in genetics. Craig recommends that I check out applied math. Which actually makes a kind of sense when I look at my list of "projects which would be aided by having some kind of academic credential". Except that there are so many other interesting things... It would be good for me to go take more math. I've always done well at math, but I've barely taken any at a college level.
