Just got back from my PT appointment. I am apparently a giant ball of strained muscles. (Including my right wrist, which I hadn't even noticed.) I'm supposed to focus on resting and healing.
Pray tell, how in the heck do you focus on doing nothing?
No word on how long before I can resume my usual activities. (Though after some discussion she agreed that I can do Taiji as long as I'm careful.) I'm really achey today -- not sure if I slept wrong or what.
