Sep. 3rd, 2003 11:14 pmOoo, all the muscles that support my hips and sacrum hurt! But in a pretty good, honest, I've worked them to death sort of way. They were really sore from yesterday's overuse this morning (did you know that you could get a blood blister under your toe nail? And yes, I have spent a lot of time getting my hiking boots fitted, but I have funky feet and haven't yet had serious custom work done... might come to that, though) but stretched out decently and the aligment was overall good. Until halfway through chen, when all the stabilizers on the right side started getting the vapors.
What's cool is that because I worked all these muscles so hard again today, I'll actually feel a lot better tomorrow. I hate second day after pain.
Bagua tomorrow. And everyone will be doing dragon jumps. Do I dare...?
