Either I'm *much* more sore after wushu than I think I should be, or I'm once again flirting with a cold or something. Which would in part explain why I felt so sluggish and my lungs were such a mess during wushu, but if being sick is kind of a good excuse to myself, it isn't if it means I'm getting sick all the time.
Stretching is helping me feel less tight, but not less sick. Same with the weights. I guess I could try forms... Or I could have hot tea and go to bed. Mmm. Bed.
