Apr. 27th, 2003 04:35 pmWushu didn't suck today.
I felt pretty dead going in (hormones still off kilter, I suspect, and too much time sitting in chairs that tilted me backwards but didn't provide decent support the last couple of days has left my upper back and neck a bit tight) and we didn't do enough stance training at the begining of class for me to work my hips and lower back completely loose, but I mostly kept up and mostly have the palm thrust combination down that's been bothering me.
The new asthma regiment seems to be working. And indications are that I tend to have low to moderate asthma a lot this time of year, but that I don't notice it as much unless I'm really pushing hard, instead of it being primarily exercise induced per se -- which is kind of splitting a hair, but it makes a difference in how to treat it. Heh. The legendary Kehl lung capacity strikes again. It's not that my asthma is really so mild, it's just that my lung capacity is large enough that unless it's really bad, or I'm really pushing myself, it's not debilitating.
