(no subject)

What is *with* my hair these days? It's soft and shiny... and getting
curly, and with that apparently increasingly curious. I feel like I have
an octopus on my head -- every time I turn around a different lock is
trying to get into something else. I'm not supposed to feel this much
like whacking it all off until at least July... Perhaps I need to go back
to french braiding it every day.

(That's probably a lot of it. I always french braid it for wushu, but
with my back being weird, and the wushu schedule being reduced I've been
just throwing it back in a ponytail the rest of the time. This
apparently provides insufficient restraint.)
