I had this really bad moment when I woke up this morning (after darn near ten hours of sleep, go me) when my head ached and all the muscles in my neck and upper back were screaming... but after I'd been up for a few minutes, it all kind of receded. Going to have to stretch a lot today, though. (OTOH, while my shoulders are sore, the numbness in my right hand is mostly gone. So I think I will continue getting back to weights.)

It's so rainy.
