Okay, I really, really need to remember that while I can do some plyometric situps, how many is really variable, and if my neck starts complaining I need to stop right away. Even if we're competing to see who can do them fastest, and even if I feel silly for sitting out. Yes, this is about yesterday.

So I went to wushu today, and I felt kind of weird. And when I did things that work my upper back and neck, I'd get dizzy, even unto "the room is suddenly getting kind of dark" dizzy. This isn't an unknown reaction when my neck gets cranky, and I can push it pretty far without actually passing out or anything (though usually stopping when the vision anomolies get major is a good plan) but it's awfully annoying.

So I pretty much did okay in wushu, and getting the muscled warmed up and loosened up helped, but between the kinds of arms movements in bagua being harder on my upper back and neck, and all the twisting and turning making me even more dizzy, I ended up sitting out pretty soon and went home early.

It really isn't a big thing, and I'm pretty sure I'll be fine tomorrow, but it still frustrates the hell out of me.
