tylikMousaka, cooked of course in the oven
Red potatoes cooked in a roasted garlic mashed with olive oil (in the brick oven)
Carrots in a glaze of their own sugars with a little butter
Salad of really nice organic red leaf lettuce with a little oil and the good basalmic vinegar
Fresh bread (nothing special, the standard 15% hand ground rye natural fermentation bit)
Tangerine juice (okay, I just really like tangerine juice. Craig declined.)
I haven't been spending enough time in the kitchen recently. All of that was pretty simple, really, but it made for a nice meal when taken together.
