So apparently I'd had a rib out of place. Went in yesterday and had it knocked into place. And ended up skipping a wushu make up class, due to the timing and general soreness.

But hey, it's double wushu tonight... and it feels so much better to have aligment working again! Of course, all the muscles are still really sore. (I have got to learn to get these things fixed right off, instead of sitting on them for several days hoping they get better.) My hips are tracking right, except they're really tight, and the front of my shoulders and arms feels like I *way* overdid it on the weights...

But it feels like an honest, I earned it right sort of sore. It isn't, exactly, but plain sore muscles are actually weirdly pleasant.
