I'm tired. And sore.

And for the life of me I can't tell how much this is because I was in class for almost five hours straight, and how much it's because my shoulder is fucked.

My shoulder might even hurt less now than it did on the drive down. Or that might just be that it has company.

Lauren had her first experience with plyometric sit ups today... Heh. Okay, that was mean. Still...
